Refunds and credits

Credits are bought in one-off packs — there is no subscription and nothing renews automatically. 100 credits make five minutes of finished film. New accounts receive free trial credits so you can try the service first; trial films carry a Film Forge watermark.

• A film is charged only when you accept it — never while you are still editing.
• A chosen AI intro costs 240 credits; previewing intros is free.
• The channel branding pack costs 600 credits.
• After a film is accepted, rebuilding it with changes is charged at the full film rate again, and some extras (extra thumbnail remakes, extra Fix-it passes) carry a small charge after a free allowance. Every charge is shown before you confirm.
• Corrections before acceptance, and recording your own narration, are free.

• Unused credit packs: if you bought credits and have not spent any of them, contact us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.
• Technical failure: if a film, intro or pack you paid for could not be delivered because of a fault on our side, we will restore the credits or refund the payment in full — your choice.
• Spent credits: because digital films are made to order, credits already spent on an accepted, delivered film cannot be refunded. Free corrections are always available before you accept.
• Free trial credits have no cash value and cannot be refunded or transferred.

Email info@procaststudios.net or use the contact page with your account email and what happened. Pro-Cast Studios reads every message and aims to reply within two working days. If a refund is agreed, it goes back to your original payment method.

Nothing here limits your legal rights as a consumer under UK law, including rights around faulty digital content.
