Privacy policy

• Your email address and sign-in details, to run your account.
• The briefs, scripts, uploads (voice recordings, images, music, logos) and finished films you create, so we can make and store your work.
• Basic usage and technical information (pages visited, device and browser type, approximate country for language) to keep the service working and improve it.
• Payment confirmations from our payment provider — we never see or store your full card details.

To produce your films, run your account and credits, send service emails (such as receipts and account notices), respond to support requests, and keep the service secure. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your private, unshared projects to advertise to others.

Films and text only appear on the public community page when you choose to share them. You can remove a shared film at any time, and closing an account removes its community films automatically.

We use trusted providers for hosting, databases, payments and email delivery. They process data only on our instructions and under their own security obligations. Some processing may take place outside the UK; where it does, appropriate safeguards are used.

• Delete individual videos and projects from your account at any time.
• Ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
• Ask us to correct or delete your account and its data.
• Change your site language using the flag at the top of the page.
