About us and the legal bits
Who runs Film Forge Studio, plus refunds, terms and privacy.
Who we are
Film Forge Studio is owned and operated by Pro-Cast Studios, a production company in West Sussex, England, which also runs a physical 4K television studio. Read more on the About us page.
Refunds and credits
Unused credit packs can be refunded within 14 days, and anything we fail to deliver is refunded or re-credited in full. Credits spent on an accepted, delivered film cannot be refunded — free corrections are always available first. Full detail is on the Refunds and credits page.
AI can make mistakes — check before you render
Film Forge Studio uses advanced AI, but AI can make mistakes. Always check your film for accuracy before you render it — corrections are free before rendering, while changes afterwards cost extra credits, and rebuilding an accepted film costs the full rate again. It is your responsibility to check a film before publishing it to external sites like YouTube. Film Forge Studio accepts no liability for customers' creations, and everything you create is owned by you, not by us.
Using outside material
Only upload music, images, logos or clips you own or have a licence to use — you are responsible for anything you supply. Never upload someone else's copyrighted music, film clips or photos unless you hold the rights. Music from our own library is licensed for your films; if a track asks for attribution in your description, copy it in when you publish.
Terms and privacy
The Terms of service cover accounts, acceptable use and ownership of your films. The Privacy policy explains what we collect, why, and how to ask us to correct or delete your information.
- Accepted paid films are yours to publish anywhere.
- Community films only appear when you choose to share them.
- You can delete videos and projects at any time.
